About New heights

Philosophy

Our practice integrates PRI concepts into a wellness and fitness program to meet your needs and expectations. Our dedicated and experienced staff has over 20 years of clinical experience and has proudly earned the designation as a Postural Restoration Certified site.

We pride ourselves in assisting you with a full continuum of care from initial injury to return to sport, work and life. Our treatment philosophy is PRI based; we focus on restoring your balance within your system so that you can function without compensation, strain and pain.

We incorporate an exercise program to help you facilitate muscles that may be weak and inhibit those that are overworked and strained. We combine years of clinical experience, manual therapy, neuromuscular retraining, postural education and modalities if needed to help guide you to full restoration.
